4. Payments & Billing

• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm booking.

• Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event execution date.

• Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise mentioned in a written agreement.

• Any delay in payment may result in project delay or service suspension.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client-initiated cancellations after project confirmation may attract cancellation charges.

• Rescheduling is subject to team availability and production feasibility.

• Any work already fabricated or printed will be charged in full.

6. Design Approval & Production Responsibility

• Final designs must be approved by the client before printing or fabrication.

• Ashwini Production & Company is not responsible for errors after client approval.

• Minor color variations may occur due to printing and material limitations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, creatives, artwork, and content developed by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. On-Site Execution & Damages

• We take full responsibility for safe installation and execution.

• Any damage caused due to venue restrictions, third-party handling, weather conditions, or force majeure is not our liability.

• Any damages caused by the client or guests to our structures will be chargeable.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in service due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, fire, strikes, transport failure, power outages, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ashwini Production & Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business loss, reputation loss, or profit loss

• Any third-party service failure related to the event

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
