Payment Policy
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for services provided by Ashwini Production & Company, accessible at https://ashwiniproductionandcompany.com. By confirming any order or service with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Advance Payment
An advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking, service, or production order.
Work will begin only after the advance payment is successfully received.
The advance amount is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the date of execution/delivery.
For large-scale projects, milestone-based payments may be applicable as mutually agreed in writing.
Any delay in balance payment may result in work stoppage, delayed delivery, or cancellation without liability.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
UPI
Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
Cheque
Online Payment Gateways (if available)
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Taxes & Government Charges
All applicable GST and government taxes will be charged as per current legal rates.
Final invoices will reflect taxes separately unless mentioned otherwise in the quotation.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments made toward printing, fabrication, custom designs, and production work are strictly non-refundable.
Once material is processed, printed, or fabricated, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.
6. Additional Charges
Any work beyond the agreed scope will attract additional charges.
Extra work will be executed only after client approval and payment confirmation.
7. Payment Delays & Penalties
Delayed payments may attract:
Late payment charges
Withholding of delivery
Temporary suspension of services
Ashwini Production & Company reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-payment.
8. Price Revisions
All prices quoted are valid for a limited period only.
Prices may change due to:
Increase in raw material cost
Urgent timelines
Changes in project scope
Transportation or logistics fluctuations
9. Dispute Resolution
Any payment-related disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra, as per Indian law.
